Leadership
Reimagined
Not here to give you the answers.
Here to remind you that you already have them.
Executive leadership mentor
You're not lost. You're not ungrateful.
You just know there's more.
And you're done pretending there isn't.
From the outside, you’re a success.
The career. The life. The holidays. The bank balance.
But somewhere along the way, the golden cage of your own making got very familiar and very small.
You’ve already done the work, therapy, courses, retreats, books. You know the theory. It still hasn’t landed. That’s not a you problem. That’s a different problem, and it needs a different approach.

White Light Leadership Methodology™
My White Light Leadership Methodology™ is built on three overlapping dimensions - Self, Mind, and Others.
It's only when all three are aligned that true, clear white light leadership becomes possible.
In practice, that means an exploration of your unique Human Design, a practical lens on how you're actually built to decide, initiate, and lead.
It means neuroscience-backed work, shifting fear-based decisions into growth mindset, and building real alignment between what you know, think, and do, trusting your body over your head.
Built for those who want the proof, the science, the evidence. And just as much for those who've always trusted what they can't quite explain, only feel

Leadership that starts from within.
I didn’t learn this from a certification.
I learned it moving countries pregnant, rebuilding an identity from scratch in a language that wasn’t mine.
I learned it choosing hypnobirthing in a country where epidural is the default, because some things you don’t outsource, even under pressure to conform.
I learned it walking away from a burnout journey and a prescription pad, and finding my own way back out, the slow way, the real way, not the medicated one.
I learned it managing ageing parents from a different country, building a business, being in a bicultural marriage and doing all of it through perimenopause without pretending any of it was easy.
This is still my life, not theory
Which is exactly why, when you tell me what’s really going on for you, I won’t flinch and you won’t need to convince me it’s real.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an executive leadership coach do?
Depends which kind. Most help you perform better inside the patterns you already have. This work is different, it looks at what's actually driving the decisions in the first place, and realigns that, instead of handing you another framework to stack on top.
Therapist, coach, or mentor, what's the difference, and which do I need?
A therapist looks back, what happened, and why. A coach works from where you are today toward where you're going, on the premise that you're not broken and the answers are already in you; the job is to ask the questions that get you there, mirror, spotlight, challenger. A mentor hands over what they've already lived, so you skip the detours that come from learning everything the hard way yourself. This work sits across coaching and mentoring, never therapy, because you don't need someone to unpack your past. You need someone who's already done the rebuilding, asking the right questions and showing you where the shortcuts actually are.
Is executive coaching worth it?
Only if it does more than teach you to perform differently. When it actually shifts the pattern underneath, clients don't describe it as learning new strategies, they describe it as finally being allowed to be who they already were. That's the difference worth paying for.
Why do I feel successful but still unhappy?
Because success and alignment aren't the same thing. You can hit every marker, the career, the life, the bank balance and still feel like you're pacing inside a cage you built yourself. That's not ingratitude. It's an identity still running on patterns from an earlier decade, showing up in a life that has already moved on.
